TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Conference is organized and managed by Instytut Maszyn Przepływowych Polskiej Akademii Nauk (Institute of Fluid Flow Machinery Polish Academy of Sciences).
All registrations are regarded complete only having made the full or one day payment prior to the Conference.
Receipts will be sent after payment is registered. Please be aware spam filters can block email receipts. For assistance please contact email@example.com.
Registrants understand that all sessions will be recorder during the conference and will be shared secure via cloud based storage 30 days after ETC14 conference. The access to presentations will be granted only to the registered participants.
Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited. You may copy the content to individual third parties for their personal use, but only if you acknowledge the website as the source of the material.
Except as permitted by the copyright law applicable to you, you may not reproduce or communicate any of the content on this website, including files downloadable from this website, without the permission of the copyright owner. The owners of copyright in the content on this website may receive compensation for the use of their content by any party or entity without prior approval in written from ETC14 Organising Committee.
Sharing the session links provided by the organisers is strictly prohibited. The links may be used only by the registered conference participants.
CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY
If you are unable to attend the conference we welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no extra cost provided that we have at least 2 weeks prior notice of the name of your proposed substitute and have received adequate payment.
Refunds are at the discretion of the conference committee and may be given if received on or before March 31, 2021 by emailing the Registration Chair at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Non-attendance at the conference will not be grounds for any or partial refund/credit unless the person has cancelled their registration on or before the cancellation deadline on or before March 31, 2021.
You have the right to cancel your ticket order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. In order to do so, you should contact the Registration Chair at email@example.com. By attending the Conference session you waive the right to cancel your ticket.
The bank charges incurred while refunding the registration fee should be totally borne by the participants.
Complaints submitted by the Participant in connection with non-performance or improper performance of services for reasons attributable to the Organizers should contain at least the following elements:
a) name, surname and contact details of the person submitting the complaint,
b) e-mail (login) of the Participant’s Account to which the complaint relates,
c) the subject of the complaint, including the circumstances justifying the claim,
d) signature of the person submitting the complaint and date.
The complaint should be sent by e-mail to the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org or traditional to the correspondence address of ETC14 Local Organiser.
The answer will be given in the form in which the Organizer received the complaint to the address (e-mail or postal address) provided in the application.
The complaint will be considered and delivered within 14 days from the date of receipt of the written notification, unless the relevant provisions set a different date.
In a situation in which it is necessary to obtain additional explanations from the Participant to consider a filling complaint, the deadline to respond to the notification is further extended by the time of providing explanations by the Participant.
